Course goal is to introduce students to web development based on technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Furthermore, topics include basics of Bootstrap and Jquery. These course materials will assist students in developing skills necessary to work as a Junior Frontend Web Developer.

Gulzhan Yegemberdiyeva is a senior lecturer at Astana IT University, Department of Software Engineering, Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. She received her Master’s degree in Computational and Cognitive Neuroscience from the Loránd Eötvös University, Hungary. She has teaching experience of 3 years and industrial experience of 4 years. Her scientific interest is in the field of artificial intelligence and user experience.
It is preferable to use Google Chrome for this course, because it has an extensive code review tool for developers.
For this course, it is preferable to use the atom text editor, because it is free, popular and the instructor shows the entire practice on this text editor. But if a student has another preferable installed text editor, then the choice is at his discretion.
