About This Course

Welcome to Introduction to electronics course, you’ll be gaining knowledge in electronics to enable understanding of its applications for further studies in electronic engineering or related fields. You will be introduced to electronic circuit theories, device operating principles and applications of techniques of electronics in circuit design. In this course, you will gain a knowledge of electrical charge, current flow, voltage source, voltage rise, and voltage drop, resistance, conductance, connecting resistors in series and parallel, Ohm’s Law, Kirchhoff’s Law, measuring components, reading meter scale, power, and power application.

By the end of this course students will be able to demonstrate keen understanding of what basic electronic components are: their device structure, principle of operations, mathematical modeling and analysis, circuit representations and integrations.
